any boot or belt, each piece of skin or hide is thoroughly inspected for quality and durability.

CUTTING THE LEATHER by hand insures uniformity and a matched pair of boots.

ALL OF OUR STICHING is done by hand. Our highly skilled stichers are among a select few left in the industry.

ASSEMBLY of the uppers is a crucial step, that if done properly, assures that the boots wll be lasted correctly.

THE LASTING of the boots gives you the ultimate fit. Once you experience a hand lasted boot, you'll never settle for less.

THE FINAL STICHES
on our welting are reinforced by our master bootmaker, insuring that the sole will have the proper contour.

OUR "X" TOES
are done with vegtable tanned leather, not plastic, and are trimmed and formed by the most experienced lasters.

OUR INLAY WORK
is done entirely by hand. This process is rapidly becoming a lost art. Today, very few bootmakers have the capability of this kind of work.

A STEEL SHANK
is utilized to give support in the arch. This makes the boot unique to any other type of footwear.

ROWS OF LEMON TREE
wooden pegs (not nails) are hand set, reinforcing the shank area.

THE HEELS
are positioned in the proper pitch and nailed into place - one at a time.

FINISHING AND DRESSING
of the boots is handled with the utmost of care.

BEFORE RECEIVING
your boots or belts, they are carefully inspected to guarantee you only the finest quality.
