is done entirely by hand. This process is rapidly becoming
a lost art. Today, very few bootmakers have the capability of

A STEEL SHANK
is utilized to give support in the arch. This makes the
boot unique to any other type of footwear. |

ROWS OF LEMON TREE
wooden pegs (not nails) are hand set, reinforcing the shank
area. |

THE HEELS
are positioned in the proper pitch and nailed into place
- one at a time. |
