Return Policy:
It is the policy of Falconhead that only exchanges or store credits will be issued. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase. Please contact your salesperson to authorize the return. No exchanges on sale items, custom orders, alterations, and worn or used items. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be levied within our sole discretion. Prices and conditions of sale on all in stock and special order merchandise is subject to change without notice. All special orders are paid in full prior to production, this includes all personalized items. Delivery time may vary depending on availability of materials. Falconhead reserves the right to make adjustments in fit. Skin colors may vary slightly. We reserve the right to refuse checks. Under certain circumstances if a check is accepted, the merchandise will not be released until the check has cleared with the bank. All checks will be accepted with credit card on file. Unpaid checks will be subject to a fee and may be charged to the customer's credit card account without notice. Layaways are for 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. After 30 days your layaway and deposit will be forfeited with notice.
